These features are intended for informational and entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or are used in ways that may harm Skye or other users.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to Skye — including chat messages, birth chart details, and preferences ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use your User Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Services. Your User Content is processed to deliver responses and is never used to train AI models, sold to third parties, or shared with advertisers.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Skye for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include: • Using the Service to generate hate speech, harassment, or illegal content
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation with any entity
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or disable the Service
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or copying any part of the Service without permission
• Using bots, automated systems, or third-party tools to access the Service in ways not authorized by us
• Uploading or transmitting malware, spam, or misleading content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality — including branding, software, designs, and trademarks — remain the exclusive property of Technous LTD and its licensors. Except for your own User Content, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Skye for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third parties to provide Skye: • OpenAI — AI chat responses
• DivineAPI — astrological calculations
• Supabase and Google Cloud — hosting and storage
• Resend — email delivery
• Stripe, Apple App Store, and Google Play — payment processing
• Google Analytics and Meta Pixel — usage analytics. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Skye is not responsible for third-party outages or failures but takes reasonable steps to ensure security and compliance.
9. Termination
You may stop using Skye at any time and may delete your account from within the app or by emailing hello@technous.dev. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or to comply with legal obligations. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Skye is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to provide helpful and accurate content, we make no guarantees regarding availability, reliability, or accuracy. AI-generated and astrological content is for informational and entertainment purposes only and must not be relied on as medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for matters that require professional judgment.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Technous LTD, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Skye in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of London, United Kingdom, unless otherwise required by applicable local consumer-protection laws.
